Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are valid between customer and brand owner Novelius Medical d.o.o. (the supplier) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Novelius Medical’s website www.noveliusmedical.com (website). Novelius Medical reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of The Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that The Terms and Conditions valid for your order is always The Terms and Conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version.

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood The Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

1. Access to information

The supplier undertakes to provide the consumer with the following information:

  • basic company information (name and seat of the company, registration data),
  • contact information allowing a consumer to communicate with the supplier, fundamental characteristics of goods,
  • the conditions for goods delivery,
  • clearly specified prices of goods,
  • payment and delivery methods,
  • the offer validity period,
  • the complaint procedure including all customer service contact details.

2. Prices

The prices and delivery costs shown on the website are expressed in Euro and include VAT. The prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery terms and conditions are specially designated. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout. Purchase agreement between the supplier and the customer is entered in the moment when the supplier confirms the order (the customer receives an email on the status Order confirmed). From that moment, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to the supplier, as a customer.

Despite efforts to ensure up to date and accurate information, it may happen that the information about the price is incorrect. In this case if the item price changes during the processing of orders, the provider allows customers to withdraw from the purchase, but will also offer customer service solutions, which will go to mutual satisfaction.

3. Purchase procedure

After the products have been selected by a customer, the listing of the chosen products will be displayed in a shopping cart.

Based on the selected shopping cart a customer gets registered in the system by entering his username and password.

A customer has the possibility of selecting a delivery address that is different from the one indicated during the registration process. That address will be entered in a database as the correct delivery address. A customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please note that delivery estimates in checkout are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping locations. Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Please also note that the delivery estimates do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

4. The payment methods

We accept payments by credit cards and Paypal.

Customer’s card will be debited with the purchase amount when the order has been confirmed by supplier. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

Supplier also offers the possibility to make your payment through your PayPal account. PayPal stores and protects your bank card and bank data while enabling you to make payments online without having to disclose your financial data every time you make an online purchase.

The supplier uses the appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payment.

5. Rejection of an order

The Novelius Medical online shop reserves the right to reject an order that is found to be impossible to carry out under the stated conditions and due to the lack of the available data.

6. Communication

The supplier will contact user through means of communication only if a user does not explicitly object. Creative e-mails will contain the following elements:

  • will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertisements,
  • sender will be clearly visible,
  • various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. It will also clearly set out the conditions of participation in them.
  • it will be clearly presented how to unsubscribe from receiving advertisements,
  • the provider will explicitly respect the users desire not to receive advertising messages.

7. Complaints

If a consumer thinks that the received product does not suit his needs and wishes, such product can be replaced with another product or a payment will be refunded, but only on condition that the returned product is sent to the supplier’s address undamaged and unused and stored in the original packaging. If the original packaging has been opened or if a security seal has been removed, the goods may not be returned.

If a customer finds out that the received goods have been damaged or that some items are missing and that a package seems to have been opened, a customer may require the postal service provider to draw up a record of goods, take a picture of the received goods and send such evidence to info@noveliusmedical.com, so that the complaint can be properly handled. All complaints shall be handled confidentially.

8. Miscellaneous

For the contractual relationship between supplier and the customer as well as for the individual terms and conditions the law of the Republic of Slovenia applies.
